Responsibilities of a Surgical and Sterile Processing Technician
Clinical Duties
- Maintain proper sterile field during surgical procedures
- Provide technical assistance to surgeons, surgical nurses, or anesthesiologists
- Prepare patient for surgery
- Monitor and assess operating room conditions, including patient and surgical team needs
