Grievances / Complaint Resolution Policy

Dear CTK Students,

CTK Healthcare holds a Certificate of Approval from the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC), with school number S 2368. Our programs are approved by TWC and other relevant Texas state agencies and accrediting bodies.

Students are encouraged to raise any concerns or complaints about the school or its programs by following the grievance process detailed in the school catalog. CTK ensures all students receive a copy of the grievance procedures and that these procedures are clearly outlined in the published catalog. If you have not received this information, please notify school management immediately.

If a student is dissatisfied with the school’s handling of a complaint or is unable to file a complaint directly with the school, they may submit a formal complaint to the TWC or other appropriate agencies or accrediting bodies.
